Take 290 E, then take I-190 N (exit 19), then follow directions from I190 N (below).

Take 290 W, then take I-190 N (exit 19). Then follow directions from I-190 N (below).

Take exit 1.  Follow Route 12 N over the bridge and take a sharp right onto Barber Avenue.  Go straight down the hill for less than 1/2 mile, and continue straight between Higgins Armory, on your right, and C&R Tire, on your left.  The Nursing Center is about 200 yards on your right.
